Do you provide jewelry customizations?
Yes, where possible. I can convert pierced to non-pierced (and vice versa), lengthen or shorten chains, change charms, and other small adjustments according to a customer's wishes.
However, customization may not be possible in some cases (e.g., butterfly backs, heavy earrings)

What are the earring post sizes?
I usually use 4mm ball posts. However, for large earrings I will use 5mm ball posts to make them sturdier. For thin-chained, delicate earrings I will use 3mm posts.
What are the earring hoop sizes?
I generally use 14mm hoops. However, I may use larger or smaller hoops if those are the only ones available. (The diameters differ by at most a few mm.)
Some earring designs use a hingeback hoop which is about 25mm in diameter.
What is your jewelry made of?
I try to get stainless steel materials. Stainless steel is an alloy.
Some charms may be made of zinc alloy.
Overall, I would say all my jewelry is made of metal alloy.
Are your earrings hypoallergenic?
I try to get stainless steel parts because they are said to be quite safe.
However, since I do not oversee the manufacturing of the parts, I cannot guarantee that a supplier's process is free from trace metals such as nickel.
Nickel is usually the main culprit in metal allergies.
To err on the side of caution, I would have to say 'no' to be safe.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If there is a problem with the product, you could be eligible for a partial or full refund.
Where do you ship?
Domestic U.S. and select international countries.
If you do not see your country during checkout, please contact me. I will need to update the international shipping profile.
